Do I need gym experience to join Regimen Coaching?
No. Regimen Coaching is designed for you whether you’re a complete beginner or already have gym experience.Your training is structured around your current ability, so you’ll know what to do, how to do it and how to progress. You don’t need to be fit before you start that’s what the programme is for.
What results can I expect in 6 months?
Then Regimen Coaching may be exactly what you’ve been missing. If you’ve tried diets, workout plans or started over every Monday, the problem may not be that you “lack motivation.” You may simply have never had the right structure, accountability and strategy for you.
Regimen Coaching focuses on building sustainable habits rather than extreme restriction or quick fixes. We want you to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, so you can stop constantly starting over.
What results can I expect in 6 months?
Your results will depend on your starting point, consistency, adherence and individual circumstances so we never promise a specific number on the scale. What we can promise is a structured process designed to help you improve your nutrition, training, daily habits and consistency. For some people, the biggest change will be fat loss. For others, it may be getting stronger, improving their relationship with food, becoming more disciplined or finally feeling confident in their body. The goal is measurable progress not unrealistic promises.
How is Regimen Coaching different from hiring a regular personal trainer?
A personal trainer can teach you how to train. Regimen Coaching goes beyond the workout.Your results are influenced by much more than what happens during your gym session. Regimen Coaching brings together training, nutrition, habits, mindset and accountability into one structured system.Instead of simply giving you exercises to complete, the aim is to help you understand how to live in a way that supports your goals inside and outside the gym. You’re not just completing a 6 months programme. You’re building a regimen you can actually live by.
Can I lose fat and build muscle at the same time?
If you're new to training or returning after a long time off, yes, to a real degree. It gets harder the more advanced and lean you already are, but a well-structured plan with the right protein intake and training intensity can produce both outcomes simultaneously, especially in the early months.
How much protein do I actually need?
It depends on your bodyweight, training intensity, current body composition, and goals, there's no single number that fits everyone despite what generic calculators suggest. A personalised plan accounts for this instead of guessing with a one-size-fits-all formula.
Will cardio make me lose muscle?
Cardio on its own won't destroy your muscle. But relying heavily on cardio while neglecting resistance training, and under-eating protein at the same time, will accelerate muscle loss during a cut. It's the combination that causes the damage, not cardio in isolation.
How long does it take to see results?
Real, lasting body composition change typically takes several months of consistent training and nutrition, not weeks. Anyone promising a dramatically different physique in 10 days isn't giving you the full picture, and what they're selling usually isn't the kind of change that stays.
You don't need another diet you'll abandon in three weeks. You need a plan built specifically for you, with someone checking your progress every single week. Apply for coaching and let's build it properly.
