About Your Coach
For the most part of his youth played National league England basketball, however like many after giving up competitive sport and suffering a number of injuries put on a lot of unwanted weight which later took a toll on his health. In 2016/2017 he had to have his gallbladder removed followed by a motor cycle injury. Fast forward in 2025 he found himself in the A&E the pain was unbearable and all the doctor said was "you seem to have inflammation in your intestines and fatty liver, the pain should ease up over the next few days!"
It was at that moment Ibrahim said enough is enough and took it upon himself to thoroughly research fatty liver disease and how to get rid of it. Through in-depth research and application he was able to develop a programme to get rid of unwanted fat and simultaneously build lean muscle. It is pretty evident it is working.

Consultation
You will be booked in for a call to make sure we are able to define your goals and how we can help you achieve them.
Onboarding
You will be given a clear breakdown of what is expected regarding your training and diet plan to ensure you start with clarity
Transformation
Weekly we will closely observe your progress to make sure we are going in the right direction and if needs be make changes to ensure you achieve your goals. This is measured through daily weigh-ins and weekly photos.
